The Minister of Tourism, Air Transport, Handicrafts and Social Economy,
Having regard to Dahir No. 1-12-34 of 16 Chaoual 1433 (September 4, 2012) promulgating Law No. 05-12 regulating the profession of tourist guide, and in particular its Articles 2 and 6;
Having regard to Dahir No. 1-14-129 of 3 Chaoual 1435 (July 31, 2014) promulgating Law No. 133-13 amending Law No. 05-12 regulating the profession of tourist guide;
Having regard to Decree No. 2-14-553 of 1 Ramadan 1436 (June 18, 2015) implementing Law No. 05-12 regulating the profession of tourist guide;
Having regard to the Order of the Minister of Tourism No. 336-16 of 21 Rabi II 1437 (February 1, 2016) setting the procedures for granting tourist guide accreditations during the transitional phase;
Having regard to the report of the Technical Advisory Committee on Tourist Guides of March 2, 2018;
Mr./Ms. ARIB MOHAMED, holder of the national identity card No. J383832, is authorized to perform the functions of city and tour guide under the regime of Law No. 05-12 regulating the profession of tourist guide.
Mr./Ms. ARIB MOHAMED is authorized to exercise this activity under accreditation No. 2014, in Russian language.
A personalized professional badge will be issued to the concerned person.
The Director of Regulation, Development and Quality, as well as the Regional Delegate of Tourism in Agadir, are responsible, each within their respective scope, for implementing this Decision.
